We conduct a DFM analysis by reviewing the geometry, reference dimensions and file readiness.

We provide the customer with the option of providing us with the material or to purchase the material from CNCFactory.

How is CNC cutting pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on material volume, cutting time, setup work, tolerances, quantity and finishing requirements.
Do you accept small CNC cutting jobs?
Small jobs, one-off parts, prototypes and repeat batches can be reviewed. Minimum pricing depends on setup time and material handling.
What file formats can I send for CNC cutting?
STEP or SLDPRT design files and respective PDF drawings with labelled tolerances. Photos or sample parts can also be reviewed when a file is not ready.
Can you help prepare the design file?
Yes, CNCFactory can review your requirements and provide designing services for you to make your concept ready for manufacturing.
What is the turnaround time?
5 working days. Quantities of over 10 may exceed the lead time which will be noted on the quotation.
What are the payment terms?
We require a minimum of 50% as an advance payment for order confirmation. The balance payment can be completed at collection. Only cash payments and bank transfers are accepted.
